A lawsuit filed by a New York jeweler claims Playboy Carti owes the company $97,000 for two custom chains he ordered in 2020.

Eliantte & Co. said in the suit that the rapper owes him approximately $97,063.75 after he created two custom chains last September. Playboy Carti was billed in total $197,063 for the custom work but he only made a down payment of $100K on January 25. The documentation says he failed to make the remaining payment.
The jeweler is asking for the remaining payment in the lawsuit but according to TMZ, Carti has yet to release a statement.

The outlet also reported that Eliantte has created custom jewelry for Swizz Beats and other celebrities which included the 4-carat white gold diamond rosary chain and diamond tennis chain for Carti.
