Palace Aides Searching For Hacker Who Leaked Plans For Queen Elizabeth’s Death

Palace aides are currently on the search for the individual who leaked “Operation London Bridge”, the funeral arrangements made when Queen Elizabeth dies.

As previously reported, the plans were leaked Friday morning and palace aides claim that a small group of people was told what to do when Queen Elizabeth passes away. The plans include all Whitehall flags must be lowered to half-mast within ten minutes and a TV address plus a UK tour by Prince Charles as reported by the Daily Mail. 

The leaked information has caught outrage at Buckingham Palace and now palace aides are searching for the culprit to find out what was their motive. Additionally, the plans were possibly leaked after they were updated due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We will look into which version has emerged and be able to determine whether this dereliction of duty requires a formal government investigation,” said a source close to the Cabinet Office. The Cabinet Office may launch an official investigation next week to find out more information regarding the leak.

There have been no concerns regarding Queen Elizabeth’s health but in the case of her death, the country will more for ten days as the announcement will be made on the first day and her funeral will be scheduled on the tenth day.
