Simon Guobadia and Porsha Williams divorce seems to be getting nastier by the day. In the latest development, Mr. Guobadia has taken a stand to protect his privacy amid their ongoing divorce proceedings.

In his latest move, he recently issued a cease and desist letter, demanding that his Rolls Royce Ghost, purchased and insured solely in his name, not be filmed or photographed by Bravo TV producers while in the possession of third parties. The dispute over filming rights at the marital residence has escalated as both parties navigate their separation and prenuptial agreement. As many are aware, Williams has been seen taking pictures with the vehicle and apparently even filming with the gift that was given to her by her estranged hubby. However, Guobadia’s legal team has emphasized his exclusive ownership of the luxury vehicle and his refusal to consent to any public disclosure of it without his approval.

The letter obtained by RadarOnline emphasizes Guobadia’s position and warns of potential legal action if the requests are not respected. “Upon information and belief, True Entertainment, LLC may have been filming, recording, or photographing the Rolls Royce while it may have been in the use and/or possession of third parties other than Mr. Simon Guobadia,” an attorney stated on Guobadia’s behalf. “If such actions have occurred, I am requesting that no photographs or recordings be released, disclosed, or published as Mr. Guobadia does not consent to the same regarding his vehicle.”
Failure to comply with the requests will result in his client taking “legal action accordingly,” the attorney warned.

More On Their Divorce:

As we previously reported, Porsha filed a petition for divorce on February 22 — just 15 months after she and the Nigerian businessman tied the knot. Since then, it’s been super nasty between the ex couple.

Now, days before the big divorce news broke, it was announced that Williams would be returning to the Real Housewives of Atlanta for Season 16. The Bravo reality star said in a statement. “I’m incredibly thankful for the vision and faith NBCUniversal has put in me to be a larger part of their family. I’m looking forward to being back on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and showing the world my new world!”

Will fans get to see her divorce play out on the show? While it’s unclear, Season 16 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is expected to premiere on Bravo in 2025. Production has began filming.
