OKC Thunder’s Terrance Ferguson Sued For Allegedly Forcing Woman To Have A Threesome

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Terrance Ferguson and his brother have been accused of raping a woman in 2018 after she reportedly refused to have a threesome, and now she is suing after criminal charges were not brought against them.

According to The Oklahoman, the woman has now filed a lawsuit in Oklahoma County District Court. She claims she was initially in a consensual relationship with Ferguson two years ago and he began to pressure her into having a threesome with his brother, Brandon.

The unidentified woman “unequivocally rejected each and every one” of Ferguson’s threesome requests.

The woman claims that in September 2018, while she was at the NBA player’s home, they were having sex until his brother, Brandon Willis barged into the room. She says she withdrew her consent at this point, but Ferguson told her to “shut up and get on [her] knees” and give him oral while his brother had sex with her. She also adds that he taped the entire incident without her consent, and shared it on social media, leaving her with “physical, emotional and psychological.”

However, despite her claims, Oklahoma County prosecutors declined to press charges against Ferguson back in April.

“Evidence to support the reporting person’s allegations that the sexual conduct was not consensual was absent,” District Attorney David Prater said.

She is seeking an unspecified amount of damages. Ferguson has denied the claims.
