NLE Choppa is setting the record straight after having previously claimed to have “helped cure” a woman who was suffering from cancer. The rapper recently sat down for an interview with VLAD TV to clarify what he meant when he took it upon himself to hop onto Twitter in June 2021 to make the remark.
“I said I helped someone,” the 19-year-old explained. “I never said like, bro, I’d be lying if I said I got patients in my house and I’m just treating them. I don’t have the time for that. The only thing I can do is be a messenger and provide you with something that I’m blessed with – my energy, ’cause energy is an ingredient within itself.”

Furthermore, the “Walk Em Down” artist shed light on how he helped the woman battle her health condition, saying that he prayed about it and spoke to her, which alone can “help save a life.” NLE added, “You talk to them, and you give it to people with the right intentions and they use it and they hear you out consistently with the things that they do within themselves every day, you can help someone.”
Over the summer of 2021, NLE stunned fans when he posted a tweet that made it seem as if he had actually cured someone from cancer through his spiritual practices.
At the time, NLE seemed delighted that his contributions were able to help the woman clear her body from the deadly disease that’s taken the lives of so many. “Wow man just was informed I helped cure someone from cancer,” he said last year.
“This Major To Me. It’s funny cause some people think I’m lying, which is understandable but that’s nowhere near the case. Curing disease is simple, it takes a meatless, dairy free, sugar free diet. Implant herbs, Sea mosses, black seed, neem, and other herbs. My mugwort was included in her diet.”

NLE sat down with DJ VLAD for an interview just weeks after the pair had been hurling insults at one another on social media. Much to the surprise of many, VLAD took to his official Instagram page to announce that despite the differences he may have shared with the rapper, all seemed to be well between the pair after posing for a photo together.
“The interview that nobody thought would ever happen. NLE Choppa on VladTV,” he captioned the photos. “2.5 hour interview dropping soon,” he captioned the post.
