Hip Hop DX reports Eric Holder’s request was denied by a judge after his lawyer Lowynn Young wanted the documents to be sealed on June 27. Young argued that if the documents were to be released to the public, it would interfere with Holder’s right to a fair trial. Holder pleaded not guilty after a 23-member grand jury indicted him on one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and assault of a firearm, and once count of felonious possession of a weapon on May 9.
