Nicki Minaj’s Husband Could Miss Birth Due To Criminal Case, Asks Judge To Amend Conditions

Nicki Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty are gearing up for one of the happiest days of their lives, however, it seems that Petty still has an obstacle blocking him from being at his child’s birth.

According to TMZ, Kenneth Petty has submitted legal documents, asking a judge to modify the terms of his pretrial release conditions so he can travel with his wife as her manager, while also attending ht birth of their child.

As we reported, Kenneth recently had to register as a sex offender in California, meaning that he has curfew hours and cannot travel outside of the state. Kenneth wants the judge to amend his curfew hours in case Nicki gives birth outside of that.

Kenneth says the U.S. Attorney’s Office and pretrial services office has no problem with his request but he needs a judge to sign off.
