A New Jersey man has been called out by a deceased woman’s son on Facebook, who he’s accusing of peeing and defecating on his mother’s grave. Michael Murphy, 43, wrote a lengthy post on the social media platform after finding persistent traces of urine alongside plastic bags that were filled with feces at his mom Linda Louise Torello’s gravesite at the cemetery at Tappan Reformed Church in Orangetown, New York.

Murphy claimed that the man, later identified as his mother’s ex-husband Dean Eichler — whom she divorced in 1974 and hadn’t been in contact with since 1976 — has made it his daily routine to pee and defecate near or on her headstone. The disturbing act would lead Murphy to place a hidden camera, after being granted permission by the cemetery officials, and it appears he’s already piled up a heap of evidence against Eichler.

“THIS IS BREAKING MY HEART,” Murphy wrote on Facebook, adding that the Eichler “has been leaving bags of poo and p*****g on my mother’s tombstone almost every morning like a ‘normal routine’ assisted by his wife also.” The post was accompanied by a video clip of the Eichler getting out of his car and unzipping his pants before peeing on Torello’s grave. “We have weeks and months of evidence. It has been reported to the police and the news outlets. No one in my family has had contact with him since 1976 or so.”

According to reports, Torello was married to the man in question but their relationship didn’t last very long over claims she had fallen pregnant but the suspect in the gravesite ordeal allegedly did not want her to keep the child. While it’s unclear whether Torello kept the baby, it would appear so, given that the man is said to have held a grudge against her ever since.

“How he found my mother’s grave site we are not sure. But this stems back to a problem almost 50 years ago,” Murphy continued. “Pray for us thank you and please share this!!!”

Police have since issued a summons against Eichler for urinating in public, a press release confirmed on Monday, with detective continuing to investigate the matter to see if there are other charges he could potentially face for the despicable crime. “I’m sick over this. I can’t even think straight,” Murphy stressed.
