The new series of specials, titled Chappelle’s Home Team, will feature four different comedians that were picked by the comedian. In a statement, Chappelle said he wanted the specials to highlight the men who have made an impact in the business for over 30 years. The opening episode, premiering February 28, will feature Nathaniel Martin Stroman a.k.a. Earthquake.
“I’ve been doing this a long time and comedians like Quake and Donnell are not only friends but have inspired my own career. Anyone in the comedy community knows these names and knows their time to shine is long overdue. I am proud to be a part of this moment.”
