Mom Dismembered By Sadistic Husband & Father In Law Over Son’s Custody
A father and son duo has been sentenced to life in prison after being convicted of killing a 33-year-old mother back in 2019.
According to People.com Christopher Otero-Rivera and his father Angel Rivera were sentenced to second-degree murder of Nicole Montalvo. It seems the last time the mother was seen was October 21, 2019 when dropping her son off at school.

Pieces of Nicole’s body was found 6 days later at the property where the mother and two other men were living.
Now it seems the two will be serving life in prison and separate charges for having limbs cut off the body and tampering with evidence.
Prosecutors stated the men wanted her gone so they could have custody of the son. “I cannot ignore the brutality of your efforts to cover up that crime, or the pain it brought the family of Nicole Montalvo,” Judge Keith Carsons stated at trial on Wednesday. ‘

When it comes to Nicole Montalvo’s family it seems they have been trying to worn her about this man. Her twin brother, Edward Montalvo, said the family, for years, tried to beg his sister to leave Otero-Rivera, and said she was “butchered and discarded, like she never mattered.”
