Crew members and production staff say that working on the seventh “Mission: Impossible” movie has been a nightmare thanks to Tom Cruise and other factors.

Close sources on the set say that Cruise is determined to finish the film and that his work ethic has become nightmarish for some. Another issue that the production has moved out of the United Kingdom and placed in the United Arab Emirates. The location change poses a lot of issues since direct flights from the Middle East to the UK are banned due to the pandemic.
“Now many of the production team, especially the more junior staff who aren’t on big salaries, are up in arms and just want to go home. This is starting to feel like a real nightmare of a production — and of course, a lot of that is totally unavoidable. But the hope was that after the pre-Christmas rows and delays, filming out in the UAE would give the crew more freedom to make headway without holdups. It feels like everything is against us at the moment and morale is really down.”
