Miami Man Rescues 12-Year-Old Boy Who Was Abducted, Sexually Assaulted & Shot
To add to the list of heinous acts and crimes that have plagued the city this past week amid Spring Break, a Miami man is being praised after rescuing a 12-year-old boy who was abducted, sexually assaulted and shot.
It’s reported that a suspect in a black 4-door sedan was seen kidnapping the boy at about 2 a.m. or 3 a.m. early Saturday morning (Mar. 27) from a street in the Brownsville neighborhood, of Northwest Miami-Dade County. Per Miami-Dade Police Department, the suspect drove a few blocks, raped the boy, then proceeded to shoot him and throw him out of the car, before speeding off.
Fortunately, a good samaritan, named Johnny, was riding his bike near the crime scene, and happened to spot the boy and come to his aid. Johnny says he found the boy bleeding from the head and noticed he had been shot. He says, “He was screaming. ‘Help someone, help me, please. I bring him to the store so they can call the police for him. He was conscious, then he fell on the sidewalk and said he had been shot.” The boy has been hospitalized and in recovery, with a police investigation on-going.
