Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s New Strategist Believes All White People Have ‘Internalized Racism’
#Socialites, get into this! Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s new strategist has spoken out about what being married to a Black man has taught her and her belief that all white people have “internalized racism.”

Genevieve Roth’s agency has started working with the former royal couple’s Archewell Foundation, which brought light to an essay she wrote back in 2020 in which she says she along with non Black people are “rife with internalized racism and unconscious bias.”
“It does not matter how many marches I have planned or how many progressive candidates I have campaigned for or how many times I have chanted Black Lives Matter in the streets: I am rife with internalised racism and unconscious bias. And to all of the non-black folks reading this, we need to get clear on something: So are you.”
Roth also wrote in a piece for Primer that her marriage to her black husband, Jordan, made her realize that the world treated them differently. “Race is an issue in our marriage because as a white woman of privilege, I have racist tendencies written in at a cellular level, and that can really gum up the works.”
Roth’s opinions on racism comes as many people got to hear Meghan and Harry claim a member of the Royal Family was concerned Archie’s skin color might be too dark. Buckingham Palace has since acknowledged Meghan’s allegations were concerning and being looked into.
