Max B isn’t trying to get his name mixed up in any drama, especially after just getting out of the slammer following more than a decade behind bars.
Because of that, he’s been quick to shut down any negative rumors attached to his name, including one claiming he and his crew jumped fellow rapper Ja Rule.
As previously reported, controversial blogger Tasha K dropped a report claiming Ja Rule was allegedly jumped backstage at a concert in New York. Ja Rule didn’t waste any time clapping back and correcting the story. He said at the time, “Tasha why you lying to these good ppl. Yes some btch as n****s tried to jump me. No it wasn’t at sei less and I’m chilling smoking a joint watching SVP wit not a scratch on me…”
Now, while appearing on The Breakfast Club alongside French Montana, Max addressed the situation and made it clear there’s no issue at all because he has nothing but love for Ja Rule.
The recently freed rapper had already spoken on the situation previously, making it clear he wanted no parts of negativity, writing, “don’t tie me or my people to anything negative. We grown we on positive vibes only.”
And while the internet tries to stir up drama, Max B is focused on the bag. He just dropped a highly anticipated joint project with French Montana titled Coke Wave 3.5: Narcos, and fans are clearly here for the music way more than the unnecessary chaos.
