Masika Kalysha Believes Her Kidnapping Stunt Served A Good Purpose
TMZ caught up with Masika Kalysha as she was leaving Craig’s late Tuesday night and asked the former “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star about her latest publicity stunt. As we previously reported, Masika caught tons of backlash after she posted a video claiming she was being kidnapped while promoting her OnlyFans account. The reality star later addressed the controversial clip on Instagram and said she was just bringing awareness to sex trafficking and was going to donate all the proceeds to the ROSE Organization.
Despite that, she still faced some heat, not only from the President of the organization who said she did not get permission to make the video for them, but also got fired from the show “Double Cross” after her little stunt.
While speaking with TMZ, Masika said she didn’t intend to trigger anyone and was sorry for that. However, she does believe it served a good purpose because she opened up a dialogue about sex trafficking, something she’s passionate about.
Despite the good intentions behind her skit, she’s yet to address why she promoted her own OnlyFans account and asked for money during her fake kidnapping video. Click here to watch the clip of Masika speaking with TMZ.
