Man Who Lost 5 Relatives In Bronx Apartment Fire Praises Cardi B For Her Donation, Says She’s An “Angel”
A man who sadly lost his family members during the horrific Bronx apartment fire is praising rapper Cardi B after she offered to cover funeral and burial costs of those killed.
As we previously reported, on January 9th, a fire ripped through a 120-unit apartment building in the Bronx taking the lives of 17 people.
Haji Dukuray lost his niece who was killed in the blaze, along with her husband and 3 children. Haji, spoke with TMZ and shared that he used to drive 200 miles from his Delaware home to see his niece and her family in the Bronx. As devastated as he is, he is thankful for Cardi who is making sure he doesn’t have to worry about finding the money to bury 5 family members. He labeled Cardi an “angel” and can’t thank her enough for what she’s done.
In addition to this, Cardi B is sharing how people can still help the families aside from covering funeral and burial costs. In a video, she even shouted out celebrities who have stepped up to help those in need following this tragic event like Dream Doll, Fat Joe, Remy Ma, and Brooklyn Johnny.
