An Ohio TikToker says he was rejected by Logan Paul after asking the social media star for a job. Additionally, he reportedly quit his $100K salaried job.

Austin Wallace, 22, said in a series of TikTok videos where he quit his job to meet Logan Paul and explained to him that he wanted to work in media and earn money from social media. Additionally, he told Paul that he wanted him as a mentor to show him how to navigate through the industry.

Paul proceeds to tell him, “I can’t be a mentor right now, I need a mentor myself. My life is f–cked up.” Wallace continues to ask him about connections and the social media star continues to say, “I didn’t have connections or people around, I had Jake. That’s it.” Paul tells him it takes “balls” to quit his job but now he has to take social media seriously by making more content if he wants to make it and adds, “I don’t do handouts.”

The video was posted last week and gained over 12 million views where people offered advice to Wallace along with criticizing his reaction to Paul’s advice. Days after, Wallace continued to make a video about Logan Paul and asked him if he could be featured on his podcast.
