Man Allegedly Threatens To Kill TSA Agent After Being Caught Masturbating In Airport

A Minneapolis man has been charged for allegedly threatening to kill a Transportation Security Administration agent after removing his pants and masturbating in the airport.

Frank Towers, 44, is now being accused of fourth-degree assault and threats of violence following the outbreak in the check-in area at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport last Friday.

Authorities saw Towers shouting that he was going to kill the TSA agent before he launched a stanchion line pole at airport employees, according to a criminal complaint collected by KSTP.

When cops told him to get away, Towers reportedly declined and said he didn’t have to because “it’s a free country.”

Police tased the man once he started advancing on them even though they gave him repeated warnings to stop, the complaint said.

Towers allegedly attempted to strike an officer even after they tased him.

When police went back to examine the  surveillance footage of the incident, they found proof of Towers earlier head-butting and punching monitors in the terminal and throwing a chair at a TSA agent.

He then started stripping off his clothes and masturbating before getting dressed again, the complaint stated.

He remains jailed ahead of a $30,000 bail
