Here’s some great news to kick off your Monday: Jamie Foxx who has been recovering from experiencing a medical complication, will be making his return to television!
That’s right! Today it was announced that the legendary actor will be hosting another game show for Fox alongside his daughter Corrinne Foxx.
According to Deadline, the series will premiere in 2024, which will give Foxx plenty of time to fully recover. The new show also comes after Foxx was replaced by guest host Nick Cannon for the latest season of “Beat Shazam.”
Corrinne hinted at a big announcement last week while shutting down rumors that the family was “preparing for the worst.” She said at the time, “Update from family: Sad to see how the media runs wild,” wrote Corrinne Foxx on her Instagram Stories alongside a repost from @Rap that claimed his loved ones feared they could lose him. “My Dad has been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating. In fact, he was playing pickleball yesterday! Thanks for everyone’s prayers and support! We have an exciting work announcement coming next week too!”
