Yikes! Raven Ross, who starred on the Netflix show ‘Love Is Blind,’ is catching some heat after she shamed men for using the StairMaster at the gym. She strongly affirms, “It’s for girls only!”
Taking to her TikTok, Ross said, “Anytime I see a straight male on the StairMaster, on the stair stepper, I’m like, ‘Ok, ‘Girl Dinner.’ That’s for girls. It’s for girls only.'” After her video caught major heat, Ross ended up backtracking by pulling the post from her feed.
However, she was not quick enough because other social media users have reposted the clip and had much to say on her comments. One person wrote, “I hate that for y’all. Wow. N***as can’t even do low impact cardio now.”

Another person noted, “She did say straight men. So, I don’t think it’s applicable to us.” A third person said, “But, it works out the glute muscles and quads or is human anatomy different for everyone?”
Other users on Twitter went further to point out how the StairMaster is useful and important workout machine for firefighters. One person wrote, “I could be wrong, but aren’t firefighters trained on StairMasters???” A second person said, “Isn’t there a firefighter who walk 88 flights every 9/11?”
A third person shared, “My dad was a firefighter for 15 years. He would start his workouts at the gm on the stairs. 45 minutes of cardio to warm up.”
The comments on social media continued to slam Raven Ross for shaming men who use the StairMaster. One person said, “This sh*t getting on my nerves. Like girl, who died and made you boss over who uses the StairMaster? Shaking my head.” Another person said, “Damn, I better jump on the treadmill or go for a jog before we get banned from that too!”
One female commenter said, “Yet if a guy said that certain equipment is only for men, the uproar would be catastrophic. Kissing my teeth.” Agreeing, someone said, “Tell her don’t pick up any weight or dumbbells in the gym.”
Meanwhile, one user on Twitter opposed the criticism and said, “Been saying this and I’ll say this again. I am all for sex separated gyms. A specific gender is just distractions in the gym.” Another person said hopped back on the other side and said, “This is the problem with public gyms. There’s too many people just watching you, analyzing. Straight men can’t use a StairMaster now?”
