The time has come for Lori Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli to be sentenced in the big college admissions scandal.

This Friday, it was revealed that Giannulli was handed down a five-month federal prison sentence for his role in the college cheating case. PEOPLE Magazine notes that as part of his sentence, he will also have to pay a $250,000 fine and serve 250 hours of community service.

This Friday, it was revealed that Giannulli was handed down a five-month federal prison sentence for his role in the college cheating case. PEOPLE Magazine notes that as part of his sentence, he will also have to pay a $250,000 fine and serve 250 hours of community service.

The 57-year-old fashion designer appeared in a Massachusetts federal court virtually via Zoom. His hearing took place just hours before Loughlin’s which is is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. this Friday. As we previously reported, both Giannulli and his wife pleaded not guilty before eventually deciding to take a plea deal.

Back in May, Loughlin, 55, finally confessed to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, while Giannulli pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud as well as one count of honest services wire and mail fraud.
