Convicted felon Lori Loughlin could be getting her wish of making it home from prison, just in time for Christmas.

Then 56-year-old star is scheduled to be released from Dublin FCI on Dec. 27, however, due to it being on a weekend she could be out sooner

The Bureau of Prisons “may release an inmate whose release date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, on the last preceding weekday,” meaning she could be out December 24 as the Friday is Christmas.

As we reported, Lori is reportedly a ‘wreck’ in jail and not coping well because “her mind keeps telling her that something will go horribly wrong in prison or that her stay could be prolonged.”

“Lori tried her best to be brave and look at the end result but there was nothing that could dissipate her fears,” a source said. “It’s only two months but she’s dreading it. Her mind keeps telling her that something will go horribly wrong in prison or that her stay could be prolonged.”

Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli were found guilty for their role in the nationwide college admissions scandal in March 2019. They must both serve minimal jail time and pay hefty fines.

“I went along will the plan to give my daughters an unfair advantage in the college admissions process,” Lori previously told the judge. “In doing so, ignored my intuition and allowed myself to be swayed from my moral compass. I thought I was acting out of love for my children, but in reality, I had only undermined and diminished my daughters’ abilities and accomplishments.”
