LisaRaye McCoy Responds To Halle Berry’s Clap Back Tweet: “This Doesn’t Make Me Feel Good”
During an episode of Fox Soul’s “Cocktail with Queens,” actress LisaRaye McCoy brought up long-rumored claims that fellow actress Halle Berry isn’t good between the sheets. The conversation was originally about producer Hitmaka’s appearance on “Drink Champs” and his alleged relationships with Naturi Naughton and Teairra Mari.
“I can’t imagine Toni Braxton not being able to put it down with the amount of love songs this girl got,” co-host Syleena Johnson said. “You don’t know what she be doing in the bedroom. It’s just like Halle Berry,” McCoy jumped in and said. “All [words] and no action!” co-host Claudia Jordan then asked her to clarify, to which McCoy replied, “That’s what they said. That’s what I read. That’s what I’ve heard. That’s what they say.”
Although McCoy just mentioned what people have been saying, many people somehow twisted her words. McCoy later clarified her comments and called out people for egging the situation on. However, Berry decided to break her silence to send a direct message to McCoy, saying: “Ms. @TheRealLRaye1, ask my my man @vanhunt he’ll tell ya all y’all need ta know,” she tweeted jokingly. McCoy has also followed up with a public direct message to Berry, letting her know that she is sorry and that she never wanted to disrespect her when she brought the rumor up during the show: “Fuk Outta Here Yall…. 1st @halleberry true don’t know about your snatch and NEVER said anything about you being able to keep a man personally either. Was reporting from a previous source of gossip for my show adding commentary. Distasteful? Yes ma’am i can see that.Sorry? Totally….. it was taking out of context because it was not meant that way. You are an Icon and the GOAT for real FORREAL and never want to disrespect YOU.
She added, “I respect what you’ve accomplished and stand for…You represent!!. I love you @halleberry You are our Hollywood Queen. Yall bloggers should be banned for twisting,adding and building shit up AND we fall for it…..smh Yall have a job to do but damn I don’t want no beef with folks I like. Yall know ima say what I mean and I dont need yall help. Set the record straight. This doesn’t make me feel good…..at all!!! And oh @halleberry I won’t bother to ask your man.”
