Lil Uzi Vert has accepted a plea deal for the assault case involving his ex Brittany Byrd and SAINt JHN.

The rapper pleaded no contest in court for each count of felony assault with a firearm and misdemeanor injury to his ex. A judge sentenced Lil Uzi to three years of formal probation, a year of mental health treatment and substance abuse, 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling, restitution, and in addition, a 10-year criminal protective order.
According to TMZ, the plea deal was accepted after prosecutors charged him with three felonies-assault with a firearm. criminal threats and domestic violence in addition to a misdemeanor charge of carrying a loaded firearm.

As previously reported, Brittany Byrd, filed a police report in July claiming the rapper pointed a gun towards her stomach and then hit her. The incident took place at the Dialog Cafe in West Hollywood when Lil Uzi jumped out of his vehicle and confronted SAINt JHN. Byrd explained that she was discussing a business deal with JHN when Lil Uzi appeared at the cafe.
