Kourtney Kardashian Speaks Out After Fake Page Pretending To Be Son Mason Disick Causes Drama Online: “that is NOT Mason on these fake social media accounts talking about our family!”
Kourtney Kardashian is not having it anymore! The mom of three is speaking out to set the record straight after a fake profile pretending to be her son Mason Disick has been causing drama online!
For those who don’t know what’s going on, a few fans came across a profile that many people believed was her eldest son behind it. The imposter account caused a frenzy when it posted a video of Kylie Jenner surrounded by her friends while wearing a white dress. The user, claiming to be Kourtney Kardashian’s son, told his followers that she allegedly had a bridal shower as she was getting ready to tie the knot to Travis Scott. “Hey, guys! Mason here you’re [sic] favorite person LOL. Here’s an update on life,” the user captioned the video. “Kylie is getting married and is currently on her bridal party that’s why she’s the only one wearing white!!!” The fake account also posted a screenshot that showed someone saved under the name “Kylie Jenner” attempting to call them. They also shared alleged text messages from the star reading, “you need to stop,” “delete that now,” and “MASON.”
Of course fans believed it and even a few news outlets but Kourtney Kardashian has had enough. She shared a message to her Instagram Story saying, “Hello everyone, hope it is a beautiful Thursday. After months and months of thinking you would all know that is NOT Mason on these fake accounts, some of you don’t. So I will spell it out clearly: that is NOT Mason on these fake social media accounts talking about our family.“ She added, “To any and all “news” outlets who use that false account as a source, you know better. Stop using it for the benefit of your slow “‘news” day please and thank you. And to the person relentlessly pretending to be Mason, ultra ultra ultra creepy!!!!!”

Now, Mason has had social media accounts in the past but it caused problems for the family which made Kourtney take away his accounts.
Two years ago, Kourtney Kardashian made her son, Mason Disick, delete Instagram after he spoke about Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott on Live. During the video, someone asked him if Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott were back together, since they’ve been spending lockdown together, and Mason said: “No. Kylie and Travis are not back together.” After spilling a little tea, Kourtney scrubbed his account but she also took to her own Live to explain how it even happened. Kourtney said: “He started an Instagram yesterday and didn’t ask us.” She then revealed that he doesn’t have a phone. “He has an iPad and a computer for his school.”
Kourtney went on to say: “I did delete it because he’s 10,” she said at the time. “I think there’s an age limit with Instagram. I think it’s 13. I think with Instagram the thing that really worries me with kids is comments. People can be really mean. It’s really easy to get consumed with it.”
