Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker got legally married at a courthouse in Santa Barbara, California on Sunday, and now they’re set to hold their actual wedding in Portofino, Italy, this weekend, along with family and friends in tow. According to TMZ, the pair has rented out an Italian castle where the “intimate ceremony” will occur. While the Poosh founder’s kids, Mason, Penelope, and Reign, were not present when Kourtney and Travis married in Santa Barbara, sources tell the publication that, this time around, the youngsters will be in attendance for their mother’s big day.

As to who is going to attend the nuptials, all of Kourtney’s sisters are expected to be there, along with momager Kris Jenner, her longtime beau Corey Gamble, Travis’ kids, his Blink-182 bandmates, and a couple of his and Kourtney’s closest friends. Scott Disick was reportedly not invited, so he won’t be flying out to Italy for the occasion, which isn’t all that shocking, considering he hasn’t exactly been on the best of terms with his ex-girlfriend since she began dating her now-husband in late 2020.

The ceremony will be held at Castello Brown — a castle that sits on top of a hill and overlooks the beautiful scenery of Portofino. TMZ further claims that Kourtney and Travis’ recent trips to Italy, including one right before they attended the Met Gala earlier this month, were mainly because they had been scouting for the right location. There have been a heap of people getting the castle ready for the upcoming wedding, with decorations being well underway. It’s further mentioned that the entire castle was rented out, and all of the festivities will take place over a span of around four days.

Not all of the couple’s pals will be making a trip out to Italy this weekend, but they won’t have to feel left out because the reality star and her rockstar beau are planning to hold another wedding reception in Los Angeles soon, though a date for that ceremony has not been set just yet.

Castello Brown is a historical building built back in the Roman times when it was constructed for military defense in the 13th and 19th centuries. The site had also previously been used for Hollywood motion pictures, such as the 1991 film The Enchanted April starring Miranda Richardson and Jon Plowright.

In a recent episode of The Kardashians on Hulu, Scott was forced to watch Kourtney and Travis make out after showing up to Kris Jenner’s family birthday dinner, and things appeared to have gotten pretty awkward. The gathering was the first time Scott and Travis were in the same room together with Kourtney, and when the couple started locking lips, even the Kardashians felt unhandy by the gesture.
