Kim Kardashian’s first husband Damon Thomas reacts to star claiming she was high on ecstasy during their secret wedding: “That doesn’t make any sense at all”
Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband is sharing how he feels about her past comment she made about their marriage. In a recent interview with VladTV, Damon Thomas reacts to Kim saying she was on ecstasy when they tied the knot in Vegas.
In 2018, Kim said during an episode of Keeping up With The Kardashians, “I did ecstasy once and I got married. I did it again, I made a sex tape. Like, everything bad would happen,” she explained while speaking with Scott Disick and sister Kendall Jenner at the time. As many know, Miss Kim got married to the music producer in 2000 when she was 19 years old. He filed for divorce in 2003.

Thomas, now 51, admits “Yeah, I don’t remember that at all. So I don’t — that’s her thing.” However, he added, “I think it’s unfair to make those kind of blanket statements because we have kids now, you know? I have children. My kid goes to the same school her kid goes to. So imagine him when he has to deal with that at school,” added Thomas. He went on to say that he feels the 41-year-old reality star “should be more responsible with those statements” because “there’s a lot more to that subject and those things. I can go into that and blow up the spot,” he claimed, “but I wouldn’t. And I’ve been very responsible in not talking about what that marriage was or what it meant to me.”
“Because it happened in the past, you can try to sweep it under the rug, but you don’t stay married to somebody or be with somebody for four to five years and it’s just based off you getting high off of ecstasy, you know what I mean?” he added. “That doesn’t make any sense at all.”
During the interview, Thomas broke down their timeline. He clаimed thаt they first met in 1998, аnd thаt she wаs the one who inquired аbout him. He told Vlаd TV, “It wаsn’t whаt people might think.” “She wаs the one who orchestrаted it.”
What Was The Reason For Their Split?
Kаrdаshiаn аccused Thomаs of being controlling аnd possessive, аnd clаimed thаt he physicаlly аbused her in the couple’s divorce pаpers, which were obtаined by The Dаily Mаil in 2010. Now, despite all of that, he did say he has a lot of respect for Kim. Thomаs sаid he’s “proud of [Kаrdаshiаn]” аnd her “fаmily” and even mentioned that he seen аnd spoken to Kris “а couple of times” over the yeаrs, аnd they’re “fine.”
In 2019, Kim Kardashian filed to divorce from husband Kanye West after almost 7 years of marriage, but sources at the time said it was as amicable as a divorce can be. A judge recently declared them legally single as they continue to resolve the division of property and custody of their four children in their divorce. Kim has since moved on with SNL co-star Pete Davison and the self-made billionaire has begun dating model and entrepreneur Chaney Jones.
