Bethenny Frankel Reacts To Kim Kardashian Being Booed At NFL Game: ‘Those Fans Can’t Be Bought’

Bethenny Frankel is clearly no fan of the Kardashians, having weighed in on Sunday’s viral video of Kim Kardashian getting booed as the reality star watched the Los Angeles Rams take on the Dallas Cowboys at the SoFi Stadium in LA. Kardashian was joined by her son, Saint West, at the sports event when cameras showed her on the arena’s Jumbotron screen with her name appearing underneath — and the crowd’s reaction was far from pleasant.

Kardashian was met with resounding boos from football fans, who apparently weren’t amused to see her at the game. And now, Frankel has taken to Twitter to let her opinion be heard on the rather embarrassing moment, insisting that fans can’t be bought. “Why is everyone surprised that @KimKardashian was booed at a football game?” she tweeted on Monday.

“It’s America’s pastime. The fans are people with daughters & sons who have hope for realistic role models for their children. Football is not the superficial land of fashion. Those fans can’t be bought.” But not everyone made a dig at Kardashian for the not-so-nice response she received at the game, as Canadian actor Stephen Amell defended the TV personality, saying being booed at a football match showed just how “super famous” she is.

He tweeted on Sunday, “Being booed at a sporting event is a huge compliment. When people who don’t know you think they dislike you it means you are super duper famous.”

Of course, this isn’t the first time Frankel has taken shots at the Kardashian family, nor has she made it a secret that she’s not exactly the clan’s biggest fan. Recently, the former Bravo star felt inclined to speak on the drama between Ray J and his ex-girlfriend concerning the release of their sex tape and how the raunchy clip got out, to begin with.

It’s long been rumored that momager Kris Jenner played a part in getting a lucrative distribution deal with Vivid after allegedly helping orchestrate the tapes — a claim which even Ray J has supported. But Jenner has stood her ground, saying she had absolutely no involvement in the sex tape release, nor did she have any knowledge of her daughter having recorded her intimate moments with the “One Wish” star.

To that, Frankel said in a since-deleted Instagram video, “I bet that Ray J just hasn’t been properly compensated and he’s been embarrassed in front of his family, and they keep exploiting it and capitalizing on it. Ray J should get 10 percent commission for [lighting] the flame that created America’s first family.”
