The shopper identified as Dylan Syer appeared in a New York City court Wednesday for his arraignment. Syer was charged with grand larceny and several other counts for using Hart’s credit cards to fund his bank account. District Attorney Melinda Katz said the personal shopper would spend over $1.2 million within the past two years on jewelry, watches, art, collectibles, and handbags as reported by TMZ.

The Queens D.A. office said Syer’s prize possessions included 16 Bearbrick collectible statues, 5 KAWS collectible statues, and 2 Louis Vuitton bags. He also owned five Patek watches worth more than $400k and a Sam Friedman painting. Prosecutors are planning to seize the items so Hart can have his money back.
