OMG! A 64-year-old Louisville, Kentucky man has been charged with second-degree assault after allegedly shooting his roommate in the buttocks for eating his last Hot Pocket in their freezer.

Kentucky Man Allegedly Shot Roommate In The Buttocks For Eating His Last Hot Pocket
According to officials with the Louisville Metro Police Department, the 64-year-old suspect has been identified as Clifton Williams. Officers say that on Saturday night (May 20), Williams and his roommate got into an argument that quickly turned violent.
Court records said that when Williams discovered that his final Hot Pocket had been eaten, he immediately got mad and addressed his roommate. As their argument escalated, Williams allegedly “began throwing tiles” at his roommate.

The male victim told LVMPD officials that in response to Williams throwing the tiles, he tried to “beat his a**,” however, that only made things much worse.
How much worse? Well, Williams ended up going and grabbing a pistol, which he used to shoot his roommate in the butt, as the victim tried to flee the area. The victim told police that he yelled out, “Don’t shoot,” but Williams “shot him in the a** while he was trying to leave.”

The man said he was able to escape the home on Hathaway Avenue, and when he got a few blocks away from the area, he was able to get help. By that time, he made it to Beecher Street. He ended up being taken to a nearby hospital, University of Louisville Hospital. While there, he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Meanwhile, four hours after the incident, Williams was eventually arrested by officers with the Louisville Metro Police Department. By that time, it was Sunday (May 21).

Officials subsequently charged Williams with felony assault, and ordered that he no longer make contact with the victim, nor possess any guns.
Williams’ bond was set at $7,500, and during his first court appearance, he would end up entering a plea of not guilty. Additionally, the identity of Williams’ roommate has not yet been released.
