Keke Palmer couldn’t be happier for her friend and “Hustlers” co-star Jennifer Lopez, who tied the knot with Ben Affleck over the weekend in Las Vegas. JLo stunned fans following her surprise announcement on Sunday, with reports later claiming that in the midst of obtaining her marriage license on Saturday, she also requested to change her government name to Jennifer Affleck.
Ben and Jennifer first dated back in 2002, shortly after meeting on the set of their movie “Gigli,” but things derailed soon after their first engagement, with the two confirming their split by early 2004. 18 years later, however, the pair appear to be the happiest couple in Hollywood — and Keke is clearly ecstatic for her pal.

“I’m so happy for her. J Lo, nobody deserves happiness more,” the Disney alum told Entertainment Tonight. “I think she works really hard. She’s dedicated her life to the industry. She’s a woman in power. It’s not easy for us. So, I’m just happy for her.”
In a message posted to her On The JLo podcast, the “Louboutins” pop star candidly opened up about the experience of marrying the love of her life, three months after becoming engaged to the Hollywood actor for the second time.
Jennifer shared a string of photos and videos to her website, including behind-the-scenes footage of her sporting a gorgeous sleeveless white wedding dress.
“We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient,” Jennifer shared. “Exactly what we wanted. Last night we flew to Vegas, stood in line for a licence with four other couples, all making the same journey to the wedding capital of the world.”
“Behind us two men held hands and held each other.”

“In front of us, a young couple who made the three hour drive from Victorville on their daughter’s second birthday—all of us wanting the same thing— for the world to recognise us as partners and to declare our love to the world through the ancient and nearly universal symbol of marriage.”
She continued: ‘They were right when they said, “all you need is love”. We are so grateful to have that in abundance, a new wonderful family of five amazing children and a life that we have never had more reason to look forward to.
