Kanye West’s mental health issues will no affect the joint custody agreement Kim Kardashian implemented in their upcoming divorce.

According to TMZ, Kim Kardashian trusts her estranged husband with their four children and says he’s rarely alone with them. In several situations, the couple is always accompanied by caretakers who help out with North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm along with other family members.

Sources close to the couple say Kanye is a good father and went on trips with the kids without any additional assistance within the past months. They added that the children are not present whenever he has a bipolar episode.

As stated in their divorce filing, Kim is asking for joint and physical custody of their four children since she’s their primary caregiver. The pair also agreed to co-parenting and are on better terms despite a previous report claiming they had limited contact amongst each other.
