Kanye West & Yeezy Sue Walmart For Ripping Off Foam Runner Shoe
Kanye is not playing any games! The rapper/ designer is suing Walmart for “allegedly” selling a knockoff version of his well-known foam shoe.

Now, if you guys have been on social media then you probably have seen Walmart’s version circulation online. Not only does it look exactly like Kanye’s popular shoes but Walmart is selling it for a cheaper price… $24.99!
Well, Kanye is not having it. According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, Kanye and his company, Yeezy, claim the retail giant copied his famous Yeezy Foam Runner and left customers confused about whether they were buying the real thing or an imitation. Yeezy claims Walmart made an “unauthorized exact copy” of their show that first came out in 2019 has been selling it. TMZ notes that Kanye’s side claims it even sent a legal warning to Walmart and told them to pull the shoes from its site but it has failed to do so.
Ye and Yeezy are now suing for major damages. Meanwhile, Walmart has yet to speak out on this. Until then, let us know your thoughts on this in the comment box below!
