Justin Bieber Reportedly Studying To Be A Minister For Hillsong Church!
#Socialites, get into this! According to OK! Magazine, Justin Bieber will reportedly be taking on another job!
On top of having his successful music career, a source told the news site that Bieber is studying to become a minister — hoping to help lead Hillsong after the firing of his preacher pal Carl Lentz.
“Justin doesn’t plan to give up his music career, but he feels there’s a bigger calling out there for him,” a source told OK! magazine. “He wants to be a full-fledged minister next year,” the source insisted of the 26-year-old “Holy” singer.
Following Pastor Lentz’s exit for what the church called “leadership issues and breaches of trust, plus a recent revelation of moral failures” in November, Bieber, 26, “believes he can take a leadership position in restoring order,” according to insiders. “Justin has never felt happier or healthier, and he says he owes it to the church,” the source said.
As we previously reported, earlier this month Lentz entered an outpatient facility for treatment for “depression, anxiety, and pastoral burnout,” after admitting that he had been unfaithful to his wife, according to source with People magazine.
“He wants to be better for his family and is dedicated to doing the work,” the source told the outlet. “His family is supporting him and hopes their privacy will be respected on this journey.”
