Jojo Siwa officially said goodbye to her iconic ponytail hairstyle and switched it up to a pixie cut.

The Nickelodeon star debuted the new hairstyle on her Instagram page on Thursday where she shared a photo of the blonde, pixie cut with the caption: “HAPPPPPY.” She also shaved both sides of her head and wrote in a series of Instagram stories that she’s still learning how to style her hair.
 “So I just got my hair cut yesterday and I went for the down-and-curly moment, but today I went for an up-and-back moment. I don’t know. The picture that I posted was from yesterday when it was down and kind of curled. But let me know what y’all think. I think I might be into the up-and-back.”

Siwa continued to write, “I mean, it’s gonna be different every day. I’m still learning how to do it. It’s way different than long hair — it’s crazy. But I’m obsessed.” The performer is infamously known for her signature ponytail style and built a multi-million dollar business off her hair bows as reported by Insider. She also went through a series of hairstyle changes which included dyeing her hair brown in June 2020 and receiving a makeover from makeup YouTuber James Charles.
