Johnny Depp’s career is back on top judging by a recent seven-figure endorsement deal he signed with Dior, just two months after his defamation trial with Amber Heard came to an end. While some had wondered how the court case would affect the actor’s career once all was said and done, apparently, things couldn’t be going better, with Depp having signed a multi-million deal to re-sign with the Dior brand.

Sources connected to the contract tell TMZ that the “Edward Scissorhands” star “just signed back with Dior to be the face of their Sauvage men’s scent,” and the deal was seemingly confirmed after executives at Dior, alongside fashion photographer Greg Williams, were spotted supporting Depp at one of his concerts in Paris last month.

A photoshoot was said to have taken place before and after the gig in France, with those images expected to be used in the upcoming worldwide marketing campaign Dior plans to run for their Sauvage cologne, which costs $112 for an 3.4 oz bottle. The father-of-three has worked with the perfumery and cosmetics line of the French fashion house since 2015.

Elsewhere, earlier this month, unsealed documents lifted from the trial with Heard unveiled how the Texas native had accused her ex-husband of suffering from erectile dysfunction and how the condition would often trigger Depp to become volatile and aggressive towards her.

As previously revealed, Heard had written an op-ed in 2018 to the Washington Post about being a survivor of domestic abuse, a claim she made just one year after her divorce with Depp had been finalized. And while she never mentioned him by name, it seemed rather apparent that the “Aquaman” actress was referring to Depp, who later sued her defamation, claiming his reputation and career were deeply affected by the article.

As per Heard’s attorneys, who mentioned Depp’s alleged ED issues in their filing from March 28, they said, “Though Mr. Depp would rather not disclose his erectile dysfunction condition, such condition absolutely is relevant to sexual violence, including Mr. Depp’s anger and use of a bottle to rape Amber Heard.”

The situation made it more probable for the Hollywood icon to get “angry and agitated” with Heard, particularly when she was surrounded by men — including her co-stars, whom she claimed to have never shared any romantic relationships with, though that was something she was often accused of by her ex, Heard testified in court.
