I catch her in the corner, you know? Now she asks me, you know, if this is cool, if her sneakers [are cool].”
King then clarified, “She wants your advice?” to which the mogul responded, “Yeah, yeah, yeah.”
Blue Ivy is fresh off of tour after being a big part of her mother’s Renaissance tour. After her first performance back in May which was held in Paris Beyoncé shared a message to her Instagram that read, “My beautiful first born I’m so proud and thankful to be your mama,” the proud mom captioned the post. “You bring us so much joy, my sweet angel.”
Back in 2011 The couple revealed that they were expecting at the MTV VMAs in Los Angeles. Beyoncé wore an outfit revealing her baby bump. When she took to the stage to perform “Love on Top,” she told the audience, “I want you to stand up on your feet. I want you to feel the love that’s growing inside me.”
In her 2013 HBO documentary Life Is But a Dream, she revealed that Blue Ivy was not her first pregnancy.
“About two years ago, I was pregnant for the first time,” she said. “And I heard the heartbeat, which was the most beautiful music I ever heard in my life … Being pregnant was very much like falling in love. You are so open. You are so overjoyed. There’s no words that can express having a baby growing inside of you, so of course you want to scream it out and tell everyone…. I flew back to New York to get my check up—and no heartbeat. Literally the week before I went to the doctor, everything was fine, but there was no heartbeat.”
Blue Ivy Carter is born to the couple on January 7, 2012 in New York City.
