Looks like Jalen Rose is trending on social media following the breaking news of Ja Morant being suspended for a second time.
As we previously reported, Morant did a interview with sports analyst Jalen Rose after his first gun flashing incident where he explained the gun wasn’t his and how the person the world saw in the viral video was not the person he truly is. “It’s not who I am,” Morant said. “I don’t condone it or any type of violence, but I take full responsibility for my actions. I made a bad mistake. I can see the image that I painted over myself with my recent mistakes. But in the future, I’m going to show everybody who Ja really is, what I’m about and change this narrative that everybody got.”

Now after being seen on social media flashing another gun the internet quickly started to post clips from that previous interview and questioned if he really learned his lesson.

Shockingly, just last week Rose shared a heartfelt message to Morant on NBA Countdown, reflecting on his own troubles during his playing career. “I am Ja Morant. You guys have gotten a chance to see me grow up for public consumption since 1991,” Rose said.
“I’ve been involved in drug raids. I’ve survived assassination attempts. I’ve been that undisciplined young person that was trying to figure out how to be famous, how to be successful and how to change the dynamics of my family.
“The one thing that young people have to understand, and in Ja Morant’s case, when you first get drafted, you go from being a member of the family, a member of the crew to being the leader, to being the breadwinner.”
Ja Morant has not spoke out about the incident yet, but #Socialites do you think he will be able to overcome this one?
