Earlier today, Ivana Trump was laid to rest in New York City. While she was being carried away in a gold casket, she was mourned by her family, including her children, ex-husband Donald Trump and his wife Melania Trump.

Ivana Trump Passes At 73; Donald Trump & Children Release Statements
Last Thursday afternoon (July 14), reports surfaced, claiming Ivana had passed away at 73 years old. She was a world-class Czechoslovakian skier and businesswoman.
At the time of her death, it was unknown what the cause of death was. But the next day, a Medical Examiner’s Office in NYC ruled that her passing was accidental.
In their autopsy report, completed on Friday (July 15), the medical examiner said that Ivana had fallen down the stairs in her Manhattan home, causing blunt force impact injuries to her torso.
She was found at the foot of her stairs. Close friends claimed that Ivana was scheduled to get her hair done, but never showed up to her appointment.
Following the death of Ivana, her ex-husband and former United States President Donald Trump confirmed her death and shared a statement on his platform, Truth Social.
He said: “I am very saddened to inform all of those that loved her, of which there were many, that Ivana Trump has passed away at her home in New York City. She was a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman who led a great and inspirational life. Her pride and joy were her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric. She was so proud of them, as we were all so proud of her. Rest In Peace, Ivana!”
Ivana and Trump’s children also released a joint statement about their mother’s untimely passing.
They said: “It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Ivana Trump. Our mother was an incredible woman — a force in business, a world-class athlete, a radiant beauty, and a caring mother and friend.”
The statement continued, referring to Ivana as “a survivor” who “fled from communism and embraced” the United States.
She taught her children about grit and toughness, compassion, and determination. She will be dearly missed by her mother, three children, and ten grandchildren.
Ivana and Donald met in NYC and married in 1977. By the 1980s, they had become an iconic power couple and known throughout NYC. In 1992, the couple divorced.

Ivana Trump Laid To Rest In Gold Casket; Mourned By Her Children, Donald Trump & Melania Trump
On Wednesday (July 20), Ivana was laid to rest in Manhattan, New York. She was mourned by her family, who had her carried away in a gold casket.
The service was held at St. Vincent Ferrer Roman Catholic Church on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Her three children also spoke during the service.
