Iran Admits Plan To Attack 400 U.S. Targets If Trump Had Escalated Problems In January
Iran’s commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps has admitted that there was a plan in place to target 400 U.S locations following tensions between America in January that was exacerbated due to the U.S killing of Qassem Soleimani.
Following the assassination, Trump threatened to hit 52 Iranian targets if Iran retaliated.
“The U.S. will target 52 Iranian sites … some at a very high level and important to Iran and the Iranian culture, and those targets, and Iran itself, will be hit very fast and very hard.” President Trump tweeted.

In response to Soleimani, Iran attacked two Iraqi bases hosting Americans and accidentally shot down a Ukrainian passenger plane.
“The cultural spot that they were talking about was the residence of the Supreme Leader.The day we attacked on Ain al-Assad, we thought the US forces would respond after 20 minutes, so we were ready to attack 400 American targets.”
“Our plan was to attack 400 US targets if they responded.”
