“Ink Master” star Daniel Silva has been charged with murder after being involved in a car crash that killed his friend Corey La Barrie.
According to TMZ, Daniel Silva was arrested earlier this month for the fatal car crash that killed YouTube star Corey La Barrie after leaving a party. Los Angeles Sheriff’s County deputies reported that the pair were celebrating La Barrie’s birthday before the crash and he had just turned 25. After the crash, witnesses told police that Silva tried to flee the scene and only walked away with a broken hip. Others have stated that Silva had been drinking prior to getting behind the wheel he wasn’t charged with a DUI.

La Barrie died from his injuries after he was transported to a local hospital. Now, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office says Silva “unlawfully, and with malice afterthought” killed La Barrie and officially charged him with one count of second-degree murder.

Silva is currently held on a $2 million bond as recommended by the county’s District Attorneys’ office.
