This week we kick off the show with our guest Ryan Henry, who you may know as the easy-on-the-eyes cast member from VH1’s “Black Ink Crew: Chicago.”
Ryan is very laid back and already has a relationship with our hosts, particularly Apryl so he does not hold back in the interview!
He opens up about his situation where he allegedly shot up production and the tattoo studio after beefing with his fellow cast members, but, it wasn’t all true. Ryan gets into exactly what happened and how things escalated.
As we progress through the interview, Jason asks Ryan about the death of his sister, who was brutally shot to death by her ex along with her baby. Ryan reveals that it broke him up and it made him who he is today. It has really affected his relationships, but, his sister is the reason he began tattooing.
He reveals that the night before her death he had asked her if she would support him in his new venture, so he couldn’t give up easily when it came to tattooing because he promised his sister he would see it through!
