1. The Worm(2022)
In 2022, Klum returned from her two-year break and showed up to her 21st annual Halloween party in New York City as a giant worm, connected to the end of a fishing line. The costume went viral on social media as users couldn’t believe how real it looked. However, Klum said she felt claustrophobic in the costume because it limited movement in her arms and feet.
I was so claustrophobic in that costume. It is one thing to add prosthetics to your body — but to be stuck inside the worm body and not really be able to use my arms or feet was not very comfortable. But Halloween is not about comfort.”
2. Princess Fiona (2018)
Alongside her now-husband, Tom Kaulitz, Klum dressed up as Princess Fiona, the feisty princess ogre from the “Shrek” franchise. Kaulitz dressed as the titular character, kicking off the duo’s coordinated costumes. The green ogre makeup was so detailed it looked straight out of the movie. Plus, the duo fully committed to the characters on the red carpet.
3. The “Thriller” Werewolf (2017)
Heidi Klum paid tribute to Michael Jackson in the most iconic way by donning his werewolf look from the “Thriller” music video. She also had dancers dressed as zombies to recreate the spirit of the music video, which has become a staple for Halloween playlists and parties.
