Hayden Panettiere’s Boyfriend Thrown In Jail After Second Beating
Ex-‘Nashville‘ star Brian Hickerson was arrested for a second domestic violence attack against girlfriend and actress Hayden Panettiere. This particular incident occurred on Valentine’s Day in Jackson, Wyoming.
Prior to his arrest, the couple began arguing, which lead to Hickerson striking Panettiere “with a close fist on the right side of her face,” cops tell TMZ.

On arrival, Teton County Sheriff’s Department found Hickerson, unwilling-to-talk, in the driveway, while Panettiere remained in the house, “saying he beat the f**k out of me.” Officials phoned a private chef hired that night, who confirmed he witnessed the couple arguing before his 1 a.m. departure.
The site says, per documents obtained, the couple was in their bedroom before the fight, which began with Hickerson throwing her around and punching Panettierre.

Authorities confirmed that Panettiere’s face was red and swollen, with scrapes and swelling on her left hand.
With more than enough evidence to book him, cops did just that, arresting him for domestic battery and charging him for interfering with a police officer, after he allegedly refused to identify himself.
Since appearing in Teton County Circuit Court on Friday afternoon, Hickerson has been released on a $5,000 bond.
This incident is one of two, following his May 2019 arrest for a domestic violence attack against Panettiere in their Los Angeles home.
Subsequent to Panettiere never showing for court, officials dismissed the case for lack of “material witnesses.”
