Hailey Bieber Threatens To Sue Beverly Hills Surgeon Over Plastic Surgery Allegations
As we previously reported last week, supermodel Hailey Bieber made it clear to fans and trolls that she has never gone under the knife!

While responding back to an Instagram user who posted two side-by-side pics of the star; one showing when she was a teenager and the other from a few years ago — trying to prove that she’s had surgery before, Hailey responded back, “Stop using photos that are edited by makeup artists! This photo on the right is NOT what I look like… I’ve never touched my face.” She added, “If you’re gonna sit around and compare me at 13, and then me at 23, at least use a natural photo that wasn’t edited so crazy.”
Now, over the weekend, Beverly Hills Doctor Daniel Barrett posted a video saying that he believes Hailey has actually had several surgeries done on her face, including a nose job! In his video, he even shows side-by-side photos of the model where it appears she has a slightly different looking face. According to The Blast, Hailey and Justin Bieber’s legal team recently hit the doctor with a cease and desist letter, telling him to take down his video and issue a retraction or else.
In the letter obtained by the TMZ, Hailey claims the doctor is using her name not only for likeness, but also her image without permission. She believes he’s using it to advertise his plastic surgery practice by “spreading false, uncorroborated claims that Mrs. Bieber has undergone plastic surgery,” The Blast quotes.
Her legal team says the video is filled with a number of legal violations including, “misrepresentation, defamation, slander, false light, violation of rights of publicity, copyright infringement, trademark, and service mark infringement.” In addition to that, Hailey also claims Barrett is guilty of copyright infringement for his use of lyrics from Justin’s song, ‘Sorry’ in the TikTok.
If the doctor doesn’t take down the video in the next 24 hours and issues a public retraction, he will face a lawsuit.
