Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s fiancé Ken Urker has reportedly died at age 33. According to TMZ, Urker was found unresponsive on Thursday (October 1) — on what would have been his 34th birthday. He was in Louisiana at the time of his passing. A cause of death is not yet known.
According to TMZ’s sources, Urker’s fiancée texted him “Happy Birthday,” but she did not receive a response. A subsequent welfare check was performed at his home. Blanchard’s brother Dylan Blanchard was the one to later discover Urker’s body.
The world first came to know of Urker as he and Blanchard became a couple. While Blanchard was still incarcerated in the murder of her own mother, she began correspondence with Urker in 2017.

By October 2018, the two got engaged, with Blanchard still behind bars. However, they split and broke off their engagement by August 2019. In July 2022, Blanchard married her first husband, Ryan Scott Anderson, whom she also met in prison.
Between March and December 2024, Blanchard separated and divorced Anderson, then reconnected and rekindled her romance with Urker. On December 28, 2024, the couple then welcomed a baby girl named, Aurora Raina Urker.
