Gunna RICO Case: Judge Threatens To Arrest His Family, Friends & Fans Upon Denying 3rd Motion For Bond
It is reported that last Thursday (October 13), Atlanta Judge Ural Glanville was forced to threaten onlookers in his courtroom.
During his proceedings, Judge Glanville not only denied the third motion filed for Gunna’s bond (in the last four months), but he went on to address the rapper’s supporters for any outbursts.

A viral clip opens with Judge Glanville breaking the news on bond.
He said, “The only thing I can potentially do is, like I said, I will try the case as expeditiously as possible. But at this point in time, I don’t find any change in circumstances that would allow me to, or move me from changing my decision as to bond.”
As commotion began to erupt in the gallery, Judge Glanville added, “If anybody is in the gallery and you can’t otherwise control yourself or you want to make any inappropriate comments, then you can leave at this point in time. No harm will come or nothing else will occur. But if you remain in this courtroom and make any outbursts, I’ll have you arrested.”
As we reported earlier this week, Gunna and his legal team went and filed a fourth motion for “reasonable bond” in his racketeering case, after the 3rd motion for bond was denied.
According to WSB-TV reporter Michael Seiden, who wrote on his Twitter, “Gunna’s defense claims prosecutors have made proffers at hearings that turned out to be false and/or misleading, according to the motion.”

Gunna’s legal team wrote in their motion, “Despite the evidence and proffers offered by the defense that demonstrate beyond question that the prosecution’s tentative proffers and predictions are inaccurate, the Court has repeatedly denied bond with no finding of fact relating to why the State’s ‘evidence’ upon which it has relied satisfied the State’s burden of persuasion under the preponderance standard of proof.”
Seiden added in a follow-up tweet, “Kitchens respectfully demands the truth to be told, for his continued pretrial detention based on lies and misrepresentations constitutes a miscarriage of justice.”
