In a clip which has now gone viral showed a group of five women barreling down the roadway in the vehicle. A person who happened to be in his car at the time can be heard saying from behind the camera: “Hey, that’s just way too dangerous! That’s all we saying. That’s dangerous! You all need to pull over. It’s dangerous,” the concerned motorist said, adding, “I don’t want you to get hurt.”

Despite that, they did not pull over. According to the New York Post, the young lady who was behind the wheel of the go-cart later explained why the group resorted to taking the vehicle, saying they had missed their Lyft pickup from Bowie, Maryland, to Washington D.C. “Y’all really think me and my b—hes just gonna ride in the golf cart in the highway!? No b—h! We really missed our $32 Lyft ride from Bowie to DC!” she explained on her Instagram story, according to the news site.

Apparently, she then reshared the footage to her Instagram page with the caption, “you can only live once you better live it up,” the New York Post reports.

We’re just glad that the girls are safe.
