Gov. Cuomo Accused Of Sexual Harassment By A Sixth Victim

Just after reports of two more women coming forward accusing New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo of sexual harassment, a sixth victim has now been added. Meanwhile, Cuomo’s acting counsel, Beth Garvey, continues to say, “All allegations that we learn of directly or indirectly are going promptly to the investigators appointed by the attorney general.”

On Tuesday (Mar. 9), an official close to the matter confirmed to the Albany Times Union, that a female aide told associates that Cuomo touched her inappropriately late last year inside his executive mansion, this after her presence was requested for official business. The woman’s name has yet to be made public.

It’s noted that the new allegations levied against Cuomo reached a supervisor in the Executive Chamber over the weekend, and then made its way over to the governor’s office, his counsel, and the office of Attorney General Letitia James before being made public on Tuesday. On Monday (Mar. 8), James stated former acting Manhattan US Attorney Joon Kim would be brought in to investigate the mounting allegations of sexual harassment and other inappropriate conduct by the Gov.
