According to Chart Data, which is an account that shares news on the music industry including stats and updates —
Future’s new project “High Off Life” already achieved gold status! An alert from Chart Data read: “Future’s High Off Life album immediately goes RIAA Gold due to the success of the pre-release tracks including ‘Life Is Good’ (via Epic).“
As the Independent UK reports, Gold certification means that an album has shifted 500,000 equivalent units. Chart Data followed up with another tweet to confirm those numbers: “US Certifications (@RIAA): @1future, High Off Life Gold (500,000).”
Future’s new body of work features a star-studded list of rappers, including Drake, Meek Mill, DaBaby, Lil Baby, Travis Scott, and more. The 36-year-old took to Twitter this morning to boast about the great news. He tweeted:
